Our aim is to give businesses of all sizes an equal chance to be found by customers. We don’t sell top placements. There are no fees to list your profile. We don’t charge a booking commission.

How it works

1. Create your profile

Create a profile for your catering service or venue. You can also claim an existing directory listing.
2. Review requests

Review the date, guest count, budget and requirements before deciding which request to unlock.
3. Unlock the request

Use one Connect to unlock a request you want to answer. You can then message the customer and discuss your offer.

Costs on Caterino

How much does unlocking a request cost?

You can unlock up to three requests for free each month. Each additional unlock costs one Connect. Depending on the package, a Connect costs approximately €0.70 to €1.20.

What are the terms for purchased Connects?

Purchased Connects do not expire. If you delete your account, any remaining balance is forfeited. There are no automatic top-ups.

How are Connects credited to my account?

Use the email address associated with your Caterino account when you make a purchase.
