How it works

1. Profile
Create a profile and describe the catering or venue on offer. If a directory listing already exists, it can be claimed at no cost.

2. Review requests
Date, guest count, and budget are visible before a Connect is needed. That makes it easy to decide whether the request fits.

3. Reply with a Connect
If the request fits, unlocking always costs 1 Connect. The event size does not change the price. Then the chat opens. There is no commission on the event.

What is a Connect?
One Connect unlocks exactly one request. Date, guest count, and budget are visible first. Unlocking always costs 1 Connect, no matter how large the event is. There is no commission on the event value.
Are there free Connects?
Yes. Every month, 3 Connects are included at no charge. That covers up to three unlocks. More Connects can be purchased if needed.
When is payment due?
Only when a request is unlocked and the free Connects for the month have been used. Creating a profile and seeing the key details of a request stay free.
Is there a commission on the event?
No. Caterino does not take a commission on the event. The only payment is the Connect used to unlock the request. Price and service then stay between the provider and the guest.
Where are Connects purchased?
At caterino.app/en/connects. Unlocking happens afterwards in the app. Use the same email as the Caterino account.
